Terms of service

Implementation of the platform on top of the client's existing infrastructure (assessment, configuration, training) and access to the cloud platform by subscription.

The scope, timeline and price are defined in the corresponding commercial proposal.

Implementation is quoted after the site assessment. The subscription is billed monthly; access requires payments to be up to date.

The platform is offered in two forms: cloud access by subscription, or installation on the client's own hardware with a perpetual non-exclusive license for one site.

The source code and exclusive rights remain with the provider. In the on-premise option, maintenance and updates are contracted separately; without such a contract the license remains valid for the installed version.

With respect to data entered into the platform (plates, owners, logs), the client acts as the data controller and Auto Entry as a processor, in line with GDPR.

The provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the last month of service. We are not liable for failures of the client's infrastructure (power, internet, equipment).

The subscription renews with each payment. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice.
